Strategic Partner Business Manager - (Dallas, TX-Full-Time) Develop and Maintain key Strategic Partnerships with OEM’s and key Training Partners; to facilitate the growth and depth of these partnerships by responding to client requests in a timely, thorough and effective manner; responsible for proactively supporting and measuring the Global OEM conversion process to ensure optimal gain and minimize loss as indicated below. |
Director of Finance - (Tempe, AZ-Full-Time) Directs and manages the finance and accounting activities for MedAire Inc. and MedAire Ltd. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all designated accounting processes, including but not limited to: sales order entry (as assigned); client invoicing (as assigned); medical claims processing; collection of accounts receivables in accordance with established time and liquidity standards; and payroll and accounts payable functions. Responsible for maintenance of the Company’s accounting records in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and ISOS internal accounting policies. Responsible for oversight of the company’s external audit firm, and testing of internal controls. Manages assigned staff directly and/or through subordinate supervisors.
Financial Analyst - (Tempe, AZ-Full-Time) The Financial Analyst assists the Senior Financial Analyst and the Finance Director in preparing the annual operating and capital budget and monitoring results against the budget throughout the year. The Financial Analyst also performs various financial analyses as required and requested from time to time from departments throughout the Company.
Customer Relations Specialist - (Wichita, KS-Full-Time) Assist Director, Strategic Partnerships, to maintain current strategic partnerships; to facilitate the growth and depth of these partnerships by responding to client requests in a timely, thorough and effective manner. Will be responsible for managing the customer relationships and providing responsive and accurate customer support in addition to ensuring contract execution and deliverables are met.
